Our Caravan Insurance Process

So your caravan has been damaged and unfortunately, you need to involve your insurer. Simply call them and obtain a claim number.

Call us and provide your insurance claim number. We will book your caravan in for an assessment at no cost to you. If you can’t get to us in Girraween, discuss the option for onsite assessment and quoting and we will endeavour to come to you. At this point, our expert team will assess any further repairs that need to be carried out to maintain your safety and the integrity of the caravan. You will be given the opportunity to allow additional repair works to be carried out at the same time of the insurance repairs.

A detailed quotation of your caravan repairs will be provided to your insurer. We will also work with you to determine whether you want to proceed with the insurance claim or carry the repair works at your own cost depending on the financial investment.

As soon as the approval from your insurer is provided, we will schedule in repair dates and order the relevant parts. At this point, we will work with you to understand your lifestyle and the way you use your caravan.
